Hello!
I am a designer and artist born and raised in Hong Kong, now living in New York City studying Communication Design at Parsons School of Design.
Since I was five, I’ve held onto art, finding comfort in spending my weekends drawing and painting at a studio. But it wasn't until later that I discovered my knack for design – that typography, alignment, and colour equally resonated with my creative voice.
Beyond my studies, I aim to be a graphic designer working within advertising, branding, and user interface design, creating anything and everything that enhances the everyday experience. Being a creative makes me appreciate even the smallest of design choices around me – the right font for a restaurant menu, the illustrations on my coffee cup, or the colourful, eye-catching ad on my daily subway commute – and I aspire to have a hand in making these choices, however big or small.
When I'm not designing, I love exploring cafes and sipping on lattes in the city, reading murder mystery novels, taking photographs (exploring 35mm film!), listening to mellow indie pop, or drawing and painting – as I've always done.
